Connie Fishbaugh, founder of Fishbaugh and Associates, is a former Deputy Sheriff and veteran of the United States Air Force Security Police. She was responsible for providing the highest level of security for our nation's nuclear weapons systems such as the ICBM Minuteman Missle and the B-1 bomber during the Cold War (1982-88) under the Reagan Administration.
She has extensive criminal, civil and domestic surveillance experience in the areas of child custody, cheating spouses, workers comp, AOE/COE, fraud, personal injury and undercover retail loss prevention (shoplifting) cases. On a criminal case for a prominent Montecito homeowners association in Santa Barbara, Connie caught a burglar that was repeatedly breaking and entering into expensive Montecito beach houses. While working for Scolari's Grocery chain as a contract loss prevention agent, she caught close to 30 shoplifters in a 30 day period. (The store was in a high crime, problem area.)
